The greenest industrial developer of Europe in 2020, Panattoni, has secured the contract from Reynaers Aluminium to develop a 31,000 sqm warehouse and production plant on a site chosen by Reynaers in Urzut, which is located around 30 km southwest of Warsaw in Poland.

The producer of innovative and ecological aluminium systems, Reynaers, which specialises in aluminium elements for windows, doors and partition walls, will include 2,500 sqm of office space and a clear height of 10m in the warehouse section and 14m in the production section.
Andrey Klymenko, General Manager, Reynaers Aluminum commented on the new investment of the company: “This is the first stage of the planned development of Reynaers Aluminum. The new plant in Urzut will translate into our operational efficiency and production efficiency, and the forecasts for the coming years oblige us to plan expansion.”

“Therefore, we are already planning the expansion of our production and warehouse facility by another nearly 20 thousand sqm, so that the facility gets finally enlarged to 50 thousand sqm, which is what the location allows us to do.”
However, as the location is close to the S8 expressway, it will allow the goods to be easily transported to such cities as Białystok, Łódź, Wrocław and Warsaw.
Reynaers Aluminium will be able to create 30% more job in Poland, upon the accomplishment of the investment. The group, which is headquartered in Duffel, Belgium, has generated a turnover of €555 million in 2020 and it now employs 2400 people in over 40 countries.
