
The audit team of China Inspection and Certification Group Guizhou Co., Ltd. visited the Guizhou Aluminium Plant and Guizhou Branch from October 16 to 19 to review the quality management system, occupational health and safety system, and environmental management system. This year, the factory and branches completed the three system certification supervision and audits with the active collaboration of different departments and units of the firm.

During the discussion, the audit leader provided a thorough summary of the three management systems' purpose, audit plan, audit basis, and audit requirements. On behalf of Guizhou Aluminium Plant and Guizhou Branch, Peng Tao, member of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of Guizhou Aluminium Plant, warmly welcomed the audit team and sincerely invited the audit team's experts to provide more valuable advice and further improve the systematic management system.
Simultaneously, he requested that all departments and units of the enterprise fully assist and cooperate with the audit team's expert work, learn humbly, patiently listen to suggestions and suggestions, make full use of the opportunity to learn, communicate, and exchange, identify and correct deficiencies in standard implementation, and continue to improve the company's management level.
During the audit process, the expert review team dug deep into the departments and production units of the Guizhou Aluminium Plant and Guizhou Branch, conducting a detailed and in-depth inspection via consulting data, on-site review, data verification, face-to-face communication, and so on, and conducting a comprehensive audit of the suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness of the system documents.
The audit team informed the audit and assessment situation at the previous meeting and considered that the Guizhou aluminium factory and Guizhou Branch had excellent operating results, applied standards, were promoted successfully, and passed the yearly audit. The audit team provided significant ideas and comments for the system's continuing development.
