Vivocom International Holdings Bhd announced today that it has bagged three contracts totalling RM44.71 million for setting up aluminium and glazing works at two different locations.
PJD Construction Sdn Bhd has given two contracts to the company. The contracts include a RM6.01 million for design, fabrication, supply, delivery and installation of aluminium and glazing works for a hotel and another RM13.5 million for two blocks of serviced apartments. These two projects are sited in Pahang.
{alcircleadd}Setiakon Builders Sdn Bhdh has awarded the third contract worth RM25.2 million for aluminium and glazing works for four 40-storey serviced apartment blocks in Damansara, Selangor.
According to the company, "The projects are expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of Vivocom for the duration of the projects."

The company said the two projects are expected to be completed within 2 years and the hotel deal to be done within 22 months from the date of beginning of the contract.
