Australia-based Civmec Limited announced that the company secured Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract as well as other new construction and maintenance contracts, totalling approximately AUD $90 million.
Apart from a civil concrete contract by Altura Mining Lithium Operations Pty Ltd, the company has been awarded contract by Alcoa of Australia Ltd. The contract will be executed over the next 18 months with a workforce of more than 200 people.
{alcircleadd}The company will undertake the engineering, procurement, delivery, construction, integration, commissioning and performance testing of a filter facility, materials handling system and associated supporting infrastructure at Alcoa’s Pinjarra Alumina Refinery in Western Australia.
